Wanda Duke is a partner in Crye-Leike Coastal Realty, which is a franchise of Crye-Leike Realtors, Inc. Wanda joined Crye-Leike in May of 2000 and brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to the Destin market. Wanda is diverse and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate including wholesale lending, equity lending, and first mortgage origination. She currently is a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club and also the Memphis Area Assoc. of Realtors MMDC member. Her first full year with Crye-Leike Realtors, she earned the honor of being in the Top 25 Group of a group of 2500 Crye-Leike agents. She was also the number one agent in her office in Germantown, TN. She holds an Accredited Buyer Representative designation and is working on her Broker license. Her sphere of influence covers many states in the Southeast, which creates a huge client base.
